Great leadership is about finding the best in yourself in order to inspire the best in those around you. In this virtual training presented by Strive: How You Lead Matters, you will explore key strategies to develop a culture that fosters self-aware leaders: individuals who celebrate their strengths and brush off their mistakes in order to grow. Through games, self-reflection and interactive discussions, you will leave the session ready to 1) identify your leadership strengths and areas for growth, 2) analyze different leadership styles, and 3) implement a mistake ritual to help you and your athletes.
