In this virtual training presented by Strive: How You Lead Matters\, you will explore key strategies to develop a culture that fosters self-aware leaders: individuals who celebrate their strengths and brush off their mistakes in order to grow. Through games\, self-reflection and interactive discussions\, you will leave the session ready to 1) identify your leadership strengths and areas for growth\, 2) analyze different leadership styles\, and 3) implement a mistake ritual to help you and your athletes.
