The FREE Be An Inspiration® (BAI) program led by Netball America is a unique youth program that is tackling social inequities through the power of sport, with a focus on social-emotional learning, mental wellness, nutrition education and physical fitness. We help communities and youth, primarily girls, realize their full potential. Tailored for BIPOC, refugee/immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ youth, we provide free programs to foster belonging, address mental wellness, nutrition, and help develop life skills such as leadership, teamwork, while increasing physical activity participation.
